MATRYOSHKA IN JAPAN: FASHION EXHIBITION

Tuesday September 20, 2016 7-9PM
CITY WIDE ARTISTS - 1506 Nicollet Ave Minneapolis, MN 55403 Admission: $0

Danielle Everine, award-winning designer and Project Runway alumni, presents her Fall/Winter 2016 collection inspired by enameled Matryoshka nesting dolls and the Japanese predecessor Daruma dolls. The delicate intricacy of these objects and the rich cultures from whence they originate, inform the 10-look collection which explores layers upon delicate layers of prints and textures.

The venue, City Wide Artists, will play host to this unique fashion experience. Models will inhabit the gallery giving complete immersive access to the richness and depth of these  gallery worthy pieces.  Emerging technology for enhanced visualization of fabric will be provided by the artist and Runway Manhattan.  Artisanal Prohibition Kombucha will be poured complements of the House. Don't miss this amazing Fashion Week MN show.
